KSE operates 2 manufacturing plants strategically located in Mexicali. We leverage the advantages of the T-MEC program to offer cost-effective services to our customers. For almost 2 decades, we have been teaming up with the biggest players in electronics and automobile industries, delivering high-quality plastic components and assemblies with precision and reliability.

Infrastructure
Development

Established in-house tool maintenance and tool engineering in 1998. Added 13 mid-size machines in 1999. Set up Plant #2 in 2000 with complete plant layout redesign. Installed painting facility in 2001 and achieved ISO9001:2000 certification.

2005 - 2007

Technology
Expansion

Expanded painting line with 4 lines in 2005. Added large injection machines (1800 ton - 5 machines) in 2006. Started steam molding system production in 2007 and set up Plant #3 with 5 injection machines from 2500t to 1800t.

2009 - 2014

Regional
Growth

Expanded regional operations. Achieved ISO/TS16949:2009 certification in December 2014, establishing KSE as a leading manufacturer in the border region.
